Hello,
I havn't given up, knowing the scale say no weight loss, however it just makes me work out harder. Because I am going more frequestly to Lifetime, My family is too. What a great way to get some family time together. Less time on the couch and more family.

I havn't stepped on the scale since last post but I know something is happening because my clothes feel different.

Ok, I have worked out everyday (except one because I had a photo shoot) and stepped on the scale and lost a total of ...............wait for it.............. none. Sad face. I know I just started only 2 weeks ago but it is bound to get better.

I have to tell you, since I have been working out, I have been VERY aware of what is going into my mouth. So I have been extra careful, because as I eat, I see me on the bike at lifetime and really think about the calories that I am eating and the time /calories that I burn.

Next week will be an improvement. Think Positive.

Yesterday and today.

Here we go. Last night we went off to Lifetime. We, as in my hubby, sons and myself are officially working out. Jake went to the daycare area that they have there and loved it. After he checked in he was off, no goodbye or "love you mom and dad."

Mike went with us to do a little running while Dave and I went on the bikes. After 30 minutes of the bike we were off to work on the "trouble" areas that we all have. It was getting close to Jake's bedtime so we headed home. My legs felt like noodles and my upper chest area ached in muscles I didn't know I had. (you know the GOOD pain).

Tonight they have family open swim so I am talking Dave into taking Jake and Mike and I will do some treadmill. I don't want to be in a suit just yet.

I have done this weight loss adventure in the past (actually 7 years ago and I lost 35 lbs) Then, I must have looked and felt (big key here) HOT. Because I got pregnant during a trip my hubby and I took.

One of the things I did back then was look in the mirror every morning before getting into the shower and say "I am thin and I look good." Yes, I know what you are thinking --- How am I supposed to believe it when I know what I look like. Well your subconscious doesn't know real from what you imagine, (I will explain in more detail about your subconscious and how it works at a later time) basically it just does what you tell it.

So that is what I did this am. I also brought into the bathroom a picture of my hubby and myself that was taken on that particular vacation mentioned above. I look at that and man I feel good. I have to say it as if I had already reached my goal and seeing the picture pretty much tells my subie (subconscious) that I am thin and in great health. As in Law of attraction it has to do what I tell it. :) Hope this makes sense.
